UNC cadets conduct physical training 2 to 3 times a week at UNC’s rec center. They have the opportunity to participate in Push Up crews at UNC football games. UNC cadets also have access to a cadet lounge in Wilson Hall.

All UNC cadets travel to CSU once a week on Thursdays for LLAB and AS Class. Cadets can travel either via personal vehicle or UNC bus. Cadets participating in student organizations or leadership positions can expect to travel to CSU more often. LLAB is hosted at UNC at least once a semester.
